Lookpost: featuring glam Belchinni boots

Hey Beauties,

Happy Monday ya'll I hope it's not too blue or too hott!

Hope you all had a great weekend, I'm smiling because I did.

So we almost saying goodbye to my favourite month of the year and by that you can pick up that it's obviously my birthday month, hehe. Shukran so much to everyone that took the time to wish me on my B-day, I felt special indeed.

We already got a lovely taste of summer so I guess this is the last of me posing in my glam boots, even though this is my favourite season it's really so hard to say goodbye to the cooler days and pack these beauties away.

I won't lie since the first time I laid my eyes on these stunning Dolce Vita boots from Belchinni I needed them, no I wanted them and to my good luck I won them!
How lucky am I?

These booties can be paired with jeans or a dress for a stylish finish. I love the block heel features and nude colour because that's off-course a colour that goes with anything.
And if you know me then you'll know by now that anything glam or shiny of the sort I love and I'm totally loving the shiny pearl detail on the heel. So not only are they beautiful but so comfy too and that's awesome because it's no use a shoe or boot looks good but then they uncomfortable
comfort is key right?

Wearing:
 Vienna ankle boot Belchinni
Woolworth jeans
Aldo bag
Yde top & sunglasses
I added MRP under top for length
Lovisa earings
Rae scarves scarf

All black

Hi lovelies,
Happy Weekend!

Today I'm sharing a outfit I wore on Woman's day, myself and my friends went out for lunch and a fun photoshoot afterwards, but I'll share more of that on my next blogpost.

To be honest I was never someone for all black everything I would always mix it with some other colour, but have been kinda liking it lately. Usually when I used to think of all black my thoughts went straight to the goth girl with black nailpolish, black lipstick, chains and spikes. Black is often associated with being too plain, emo or depressed, I know I'm guilty of asking people if they going to a funeral if they dressed in all black.

In contrast to the black I'm wearing I have been feeling very positive and motivated lately. Let me put it like this, I've been working on loving myself and my flaws more. If you don't know I'm a kind of person that hate a lot of things about myself and complain a lot about things I do or did wrong in my life ,mistakes I still make at work for example, I would go home and nag and my husband would constantly tell me you just human and it's human to make mistakes, everything can't be perfect all the time.

So on a more loving note to black fashionistas, according to a survey it's been concluded that black is the colour to wear when you're dressing up to impress. Those who wear black are actually seen as serious and reliable. Most people say they feel more confident and slimmer, some say they look chic and classic all the time. Black never goes out of fashion, coral or any other colour is not the new black, Black will always be black! I'm a person that match my colours and when I wear all black I don't have to question "does this match?". And the reason why alot of people obviously love black is because you can easily dress up and down.

I'm wearing :Yde top and earings/ Lovisa necklace and armband/ Edgars leather skinny/ Legit Fur /Bronx boots (by Edgars)/ Revlon colour stay lipstick

All Black

It was a beautiful peaceful Sunday afternoon and that regular craving for cake or something sweet arises. I don't know if it's just me but I always crave cake especially on a Sunday, like it's a must to have it. So the afternoon we took a drive and ended up at a gorgeous little coffee shop/restaurant the Berry Orchid, nestled in between the greenery and surrounded by the mountains of beautiful Stellenbosch area. It’s the perfect spot for some afternoon tea or coffee and delicious treats with family and friends.
I obviously choose a cappuccino to drink with a delicious sweet berry tartlet served with cream while enjoying the spectacular view.

About the outfit:
I'm wearing all black with silver accessories. The side point top I loved immediately when I saw it at Yde's sale recently, I paired it with a black skinny, comfortable heels and some fringe off course.
What I'm wearing : Yde Sunglasses, Top and Earings / Zuri Cuff /Woolworths Skinny Jeans/ Legit Fringe Bag / Heels gifted / Fossil Watch / PNP Clothing Scarf

Minimalism

I must admit sometimes I get jealous of those women who don't wear much, the minimalistic kind of women, those who look breathtakingly beautiful by just wearing less, simple colours and silhouettes, sometimes little or no jewelery, minimal makeup. I always wonder how they do it? I can't even leave the house with no make-up without looking like I'm sick or seen a ghost.
But I thought I'd try it out. I feel Minimalism works best with formal wear because usually you won't over do with formal wear. So I went with a black and rust colour combination, minimal jewelery, not what I'm used to though, I love staking up and wearing big and chunky pieces. The rust pants I liked immediately when I saw it at MRP, the flowy material is so perfect for this weather.

MRP Rust pants / Woolworths top / Foschini heels / Ninewest bag / Yde earings / Honey Jewelery - Choker  Necklace / Lovisa armband / Guess Watch

Fringe

Hey beauties, Happy New Year!
This is my first blog post for 2016, everyone's feeling excited about the new year, new opportunities and surprises what it has to bring. I can't believe it's back to work for me today, so no more free spirit and doing as I please but it's still festive season so I'll just enjoy what's left of it. One of the definitions of Boho is free spirit, that's exactly how I feel when I'm on holiday, no work, no worries, even the loose clothing and different colours and textures gives the feel of free spirit, and not the everyday office colours of black and white.

This time of the year I love to dress boho, its so comfortable, so chic and easy because anything goes. Last year this time I did a Boho inspiration post on how to compile quick boho outfits, you can check it out here if you like.

About the outfit
This is the most cheapest easiest look ever, a Mr Price fringe top paired with a Jet palazzo pants and Whalla! You can wear it with flats, gladiators, wedges. And the best part you don't have to worry about hair,  loose wavy hair, or with a hat or tie it in a turban. Basically any accessories will do, you free to do just what you like.

Rage Wedges / Yde earings, sunglasses & fashtatoos

Saturday we had such a lovely time at the beautiful Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens ,we walked so much, relaxed and admired the beauty, Ma sha Allah. My two year old daughter had so much fun but unfortunately this little rebel don't listen so had a few bruises on her knees and forehead because of all the running and falling. This picture at the bottom is just proof of that, see how she's running on the 'boomslang' tree canopy walkway.

Pictures where taken with my Sony Experia, my camera broke but I still love the way they came out.
Hope you enjoyed my post and thank you for reading my blog.
